my Meta quest 3 seems to have ZERO tracking?

I don't know why this started, but all off a sudden my headset started experiencing random times where the tracking would just "turn off", like no head movements or anything, and when the tracking menu appeared, the background was just pure black, like if the cameras were off or something, this was just something that would happen once every battery life it seemed, so I brushed it off. But not long ago it started happening more and more often. Now it's to the point where it never turns on, except once every couple headset boots, but it just goes back to its state after a couple of seconds. Currently I have it on the account select screen (since I have two accounts on my headset), and it's just stuck, I mean there's my accounts, and the white dot that points where your head is when no controllers are connected, and my controllers randomly just blink their little light to then vibrate a couple of seconds later. I've tried hard booting, no luck (except one time where it worked for a bit, but it seems my luck ran out). I've had another Q3 headset that had something similar problem, tracking would just turn off and turn on every ~3 seconds, it was unusable. So, anyone else had this problem, and had a solution? (Looking for answers that aren't "return it" or something similar). Thanks!
