My Meta Quest Account Was Hacked – Email Changed and I Cannot Recover My Account

Hello,i'm french

My Meta Quest account has been hacked. The hacker changed my original email address, added new email addresses, and I can no longer access my account. When I try to recover it, the verification code is sent to the hacker's email address.

My account has also been suspended or disabled, and I have been unable to contact Meta Support or find a way to recover it. I had to create a new Meta account just to get help.

The hacker also made two unauthorized PayPal payments under the name “Oculus Digital”: $299 and $59,

Can someone from Meta Support help me recover my original account and investigate these fraudulent payments? How can I contact the right support team when I cannot access my original account?

Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp

Open the link in an incognito window,

Type something like

“My account was hacked. I'm unable to log in, because the hacker changed the email address and the login code is now sent to the wrong email.”in the box,

click get help, wait for the AI reply, then click on “No, this did not resolve my issue”,

select Meta Quest in the “connect with support box and there you have email, chat and WhatsApp.🙂
