If I'm reading your post correctly, and you are saying there is a wierd orange "residue" near the bottom spring connection, I'm guessing you mean in the battery compartment,, then your controller has either shorted out from a fault or it got wet and shorted out. You might need it repaired or get a new controller. If I'm not understanding what you are saying, try to make your problem easier to understand. Maybe use a translator if you don't speak English so well.

Hi LoganTheGreat1122 πŸ™‚

it has this weird orange reside near the bottom spring connection

You can try to remove the rust - I guess it is rustπŸ™ƒ - and clean the contact.

Google says this:

Essential Cleaning Steps

  • Scrape the rust: Carefully use a fine-grit sandpaper, a needle file, or an emery board to scrub the rust or crusty buildup off the metal battery contacts. Be gentle to avoid bending the metal.
  • Neutralize and wipe: Dip a cotton swab (Q-tip) in white vinegar or 99% isopropyl alcohol and wipe down the terminals to remove any remaining corrosion.
  • Dry completely: Use a clean, dry cotton swab to wipe away excess moisture, and let the compartment air dry completely before putting a new battery in.
  • Prevent future rust: Apply a very thin layer of dielectric grease or electronic terminal grease to the metal contacts to protect them against future moisture and oxidation.

If you can't get them work again, follow Maccyb123 suggestion and look for a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or google for a vr headset repair service in your country.

What is a "montroller"?

Did you leave your batteries in, unused for weeks or months, such that the batteries started leaking acid?

steve_40  motion + controller = montroller?πŸ€”

I think, leaking batteries have a white crust instead of "weird orange residue"?

It usually does but if it's not been touched for a long time, the battery acid will rust the connection and change colour, usually to a reddish orange. I've seen it on process control panels regularly over the past 20 years! 😁
