my oculus is gliched

Hello karl.504653,

We came across your post about the issue with your screen randomly changing direction, and we totally get how frustrating that can be, especially when you're trying to stay immersed in your experience.

This kind of behavior often points to a tracking or software problem with your headset. It could be something as simple as the lighting in your room, reflective surfaces nearby, or even something blocking the headset’s cameras. These environmental factors can throw off the tracking and cause unexpected screen movement. We have put together some helpful tips that might resolve the issue. You can check them out here.

You can also try the following steps:

Clear your boundary history. Bear in mind that if you have multiple accounts on the same headset, boundary history will be cleared for all accounts, not just the account you are currently using.

• Press the Meta logo on your right controller
• Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
• Select Settings
• In the settings panel, select Boundary
• Select 'Clear Boundary history'
• Redraw your Guardian boundaries by selecting 'Adjust Boundary' from the Boundary settings menu

Let us know if you are still experiencing the problem after these steps.
