Question

My quest 2 wont open anything not even the menu and only opens an error about the wifi

My quest 2 only opens an error which is (No wifi connection) and tells me to check the connection in the meta horizon app, but when i got it there was no option for how to check the connection even though my wifi was very smooth and did not turn off anytime when i had the quest 2, how do i fix it?

    You need to connect the headset to wifi, either using the phone app, or within the headset settings. In the phone app, from the home page, click the hamburger menu (|||) top left and select Devices. Then select your headset. Then scroll down and select Headset Settings. Then select wifi. Then select or add the wifi network to be used.

    Were you able to fix your problem? I’m having the same issue.

    Try "forgetting" the existing wifi network, reboot the headset, then try re-connecting the wifi network.
