My quest 3 won't charge or turn on

I have held the power and volume button to try forcing a restart but that menu wouldn't show up. 

I'm still trying to figure out why but I have not figured out why. 

Probably because there is no power to show anything..... the battery is deeply drained.

 I have been using the original charger I have changed the wall outlets and it has still not charged. 

Have you tried, if the charger works on other devices? Have you tried a different cable on that charger?

You can try blip charging, you might have to do that for an hour or so, until the orange charging light lits up.

If this doesn't work....... the battery can be replaced.

Look for a repair service like "Fix my Oculus" - if you are in the US - or google for a vr headset repair service in your country.
