My Quest Account Was Deleted

About a year or two ago my quest account was deleted because I was under the age of thirteen by a couple weeks. On that account I had hundreds of dollars worth of games, which were all lost when my account was deleted. At the time I somehow didn’t think to seek an appeal of some kind, but I have now! I’m not sure if I could get my account back but I would certainly love to! I do have an idea of the account username and the Facebook used to make it if that helps!

    That's an account issue my friend and we cannot assist with anything account related. Please, for your own security, don't share any user account information here as it is an unsecured open public forum and there are no Meta employees here to assist you. An additional complication for you is that in April 2024 (if I remember the date correctly), all old user accounts were deleted if they didn't pay attention to the emails that were sent to change the account from Oculus to Meta. So depending on when your account was actually deleted, you might have suffered a double whammy there. 

    Try contacting Store Support here and see if they can help you but don't hold out too much hope. It's worth a try anyway. Good luck! 🤞🤞🤞🍀
