Need help

Hello, 

Does anyone know how to contact Meta for a possible replacement for a Meta Quest 2? I tried asking on a different site, and I got bullied. The individual who bullied me was steve40.

You can reach out to Meta support HERE  

Scroll down and click on “orders and returns”, describe your problem in the box and wait for the AI response. Then scroll down and click on “this did not resolve my issue”, select Quest in the product box and you’ll get the email, chat and WhatsApp option to contact Meta support.

 

But i don’t think you can get a replacement for the Quest 2, it’s discontinued.

    Contact Meta through the official support options on your Horizon phone app or on the Meta website or as ​@steve40 mentioned the store support team. The link is at the bottom this page. As it's a user only forum there are no Meta staff here, no Meta moderators, no Meta community managers. Just users.
