New parent account not linking to child's account

I just made a new parent account and connected it to my 10 year old's account. Says it's connected and I set limits. He's on his VR right now and it's not showing up on my end. Says 0 minutes today and he's been on maybe 30 by now. What am I missing?

    The app will show you daily average running weekly, so you need to wait a few days for the stats to build up.
