No controllers are connected to my headset and hand tracking isn't turned on what do I do?!?!

Hey there snowflake55559, we came across your post and wanted to offer some assistance. 

We understand that this is not an ideal situation. Not to worry though, let's get this sorted for you. 

To pair your Pro controllers, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure your headset is powered on.
2. Turn on the left controller by pressing the Menu button, then turn on the right controller by pressing the Oculus button. 
3. Ensure that your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your phone. 
4. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed then tap Devices.
5. Select the headset that you want to pair the controllers to. 
6. Tap Headset settings > Controllers > Pair new controller.
7. Choose which controller you'd like to pair and follow the remaining steps displayed in the app. 

When the controllers are in pairing mode, they will show a blue and white blinking light. Once they've been successfully paired, a blue light will blink 3 times. 

Before trying to pair the controllers again, it may be a good idea to perform a hard reboot on your headset.
