Not Happy Need A Refund

Hi, I recently purchased Blade & Sorcery: Nomad using Quest Cash. I tried to request a refund, but the refund page says “Standard refund limit reached | Courtesy refund limit reached.”

I understand that I've reached the limits for automatic refunds, but I'd like to ask whether my purchase can be reviewed manually. I tried the game and found it too confusing to enjoy, and I'd prefer to use my Quest Cash toward a game I know I'll play.

Could you please let me know whether an exception is possible and whether an approved refund would return the funds to my Quest Cash balance?

Refunds aren’t given simply because you didn’t enjoy the game, it doesn’t work like that.

You should have decided you didn't like it in time to get a refund. No point in asking us, we're all just users, there are no Meta staff here.

You should contact support through your Horizon app and ask them.

Here in the forum nobody can do that, you must go through the help pages, Meta support might refund you as a gesture of goodwill… no garantee, though.
