Oculus App getting stuck on 2.18gb out of 2.19gb

So i have a Rift S, and when i try to download the oculus setup, it gets stuck on 2.18gb out of 2.19gb, and ive tried everything, i have way more than needed space on my drives, ive tried turning on and off my network adapter, i tried using a vpn, nothing works and i dont know why, please help.

        It worked for me now. Install went smooth nice

        Re install has worked, next day, app takes ages to load and loads me into meta symbol and black sreen, not desktop. So **bleep** this meta , bothing but problems with it

        Windows Button > "Services" > Find In the List "Oculus VR Runtime Service" > Right click > Restart > Reopen meta link app.

        Make sure the app IS NOT RUNNING/ trying to load in like u said.
        For me this fixs the issue of loading every time
