Question

Oculus Go stuck in update mode.

My Oculus Go is stuck in updating mode.  Says to follow steps on phone app but can't find any.  My phone says it's connected to my device.  It took several attempts to get passed the Health n Safety video but finally did.  I added my credit card info now it's stuck!

      We can see you're having trouble updating your Oculus Go. While support for the Oculus Go has ended, we still want to make sure you can get as much functionality out of your headset as possible! 

      Would you mind providing us with the error message you're encountering? A screenshot would be best, if possible. Thanks!

      Same problem with mine. Says "Your Headset is updating". Please take off your headset and follow the steps on your phone. Nothing happens. Stuck on this screen. My phone won't cast even though it sees the Oculus Go.
