Oculus quest 2 won't turn on

My Oculus quest 2 won't turn on, despite being hooked up to a charger the LED doesn't seem to be working even after left plugged in for hours nothing.

my Oculus got like this after trying to install a update, the update restarted my device turned back onto a gray screen then the whole Oculus powered off. Tried to manually hard reset with the power/volume buttons no signs of life how can I fix?
