Official Support Email

Hi, 

Has anyone dealt with an RMA with Meta before? If so what was the email they used to contact you. I just want to make sure I have the legit email before I send off my headset.

    If so what was the email they used to contact you.

    Eem, YOU contact THEM, either through the direct Meta support link via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE

    or through the official Meta help pages.

    Then they'll reply to your mail with a case number and RMA label. 

    So, nothing can get wrong here........ unless Meta gets hacked. 🤪

      I contacted through but it was just a moment of paranoia going "what if this is a scam site i clicked" haha
      I just worried that was all 😂
