Passcode issues

When I enter my passcode it will not work. It just keeps coming back to the passcode screen. I know it is the right code

Try using the MetaHorizon app on your mobile phone. You can use the app to set the passcode on your headset. Alternatively, try a factory reset. That should also disable the passcode.
