please help me to log in my last account

As I haven't used my Meta Quest3 device for a long time, I need to re-login to my Meta account. I still have the email associated with my account and can receive verification codes through it. However, the mobile phone number I bound has been deactivated, so I can't receive the verification codes sent to my phone! I can't log in to my account and I can't modify the two-step verification either. This is really bothering me! That's why I have to create a new account to asking for help. I can't connect with support member, so what can I do to get back my last account?

lili.917948​ Hi there. Please be aware that this is an open public user forum.. There are no Meta employees here. Please, for your own safety and security edit remove personal information, the email address, from this post. You are opening yourself up to possible hacking etc. You should never put any personal data including email on a forum like this. Contact Meta here.

    Thanks, i have remove the email address, but i still need some help, https://www.meta.com/help/quest/ can't deal with my problem, i have already tried to find a solution on this page for all day, but nothing work
