Puzzle Paradise Nuisance User

There is a user that joins the Puzzle Paradise world and somehow has the ability to run on the top of the buildings.  Once that user is on the top of the building, he resets the puzzle on everyone.  If you get him booted somehow from the game by looking up the user - he blocks you so that you can't boot him a second time. 

The user starts with Funny1y....something yet the name is under Sunshine. 

You can't report the user for anything because it's not against the community standards - yet - is disruptive and annoying..and odd that the user has found a back door to jump on the top of the buildings.
