Question

Quest 2 just has a blank screen

We cannot get it to do anything. We have tried the hard reset and tried charging leaving it plugged in for a few hours. We also let the battery drain and then recharged. It just won’t do anything.

    If you are sure it's charged and has a green light (or whatever color is on Quest 2) to ensure it's charged??? If it's definitely charged, try holding down the power button for longer, 15 seconds or more and see if it reboots. Good luck. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

    A blank/black/grey screen is - not always - but often an indicator that sweat/moisture found its way into the headset.

    You can try, if using a hairdryer - like shown in the video helps..... carefully, don't use heat.

    If not, bring/send the Quest to a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or google for vr headset repair service in your country.
