Quest 2 wont charge

I haven't got on my vr for about a month now and I tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge. Even after a couple hours the charging light was green, but it had no battery. what do I do?

    If it will switch on while plugged in, maybe try to factory reset it? If it doesn't wake up plugged in, it might be that your battery might have reached the end of its life or it could be a different hardware issue, where it's charged (green light means fully charged), but something else has failed that has nothing to do with the battery.
