Quest 3 not connecting to Quest Link

Just started happening yesterday night I noticed that my meta quest 3s will not connect to my computer at all for Link I use a link cable when I press on launch for my PC it loads and then after a couple of seconds it just straight up just fails to load in the link stuff and it's happening every time I boot up the quest link and I would like someone who knows how to fix this help me out because Linkk fails to load on my headset

    We completely understand that this is not an ideal situation, but rest assured, we'll get this sorted for you. 

     

    You've mentioned that you're experiencing connection issues when using Quest Link. Firstly, please ensure that your PC is compatible and meets the minimum and recommended requirements. These can be found on our website. 

     

    Once you've confirmed it is compatible, would you mind taking a look at the following link and trying some of the troubleshooting steps such as updating the drivers, restarting both your headset and computer and then uninstalling and reinstalling the Meta Quest Link app on your computer.

     

    It may also be beneficial to try using a different cable or a different PC, if possible. This will then allow us to establish if the issue is with the headset or PC.

     

    If, after this, you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our wonderful Customer Support team so that one of our lovely colleagues can investigate this further for you!

    my pc meets the recommend system requirements for Link as it worked before the yesterday incident so IDK why this is happening to wired link I use the recommend link cable

    Hi Flaco075​ 🙂

    Link is pretty buggy currently.🙄

    For me it's normally working after unplugging/replugging the cable on the headset -sometimes I need to do that several times. 

    Sometimes I also have to restart the link app on PC.
