Quest 3s Stuck on Recovery Screen

So I have this Meta Quest 3s which is stuck on the recovery screen. Every time any option is selected it just flashes the meta logo and goes back in. I can't put it to sleep, power it off, or hard restart it. It just flashes and back to the screen. For extra information even while plugged in and in the recovery mode, it doesnt display a light indicating the battery. Trying the software repair tool on the browser displayed the quest as "Android". I don't know if that means my cord is wrong or it can't detect it. Specifically USB-C to USB-C works but USB-A to USB-C doesn't. I wanna try the Meta Quest Developer Hub or somethin to try and fix it, anyone have anything to try?

    Draining the battery can sometimes bring the headset out of this loop.

    Then charge it and try to start it again.

    You can also try to update the Quest following the steps in the video.

     

    If nothing works, look for a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or google for a vr headset repair service in your country.
