regarding instagram disabled account reactivation

Dear Meta Security Team,

My name is Nirav Trivedi, and I am the rightful owner of the Instagram account.

Here are the specific facts:

I have not faced any problem.But for the last 4-5 months, my account has been blocked repeatedly due to AI and machine errors, even though I haven't broken any rules.Which is a very serious matter. Currently, my account was closed on October 14, 2026, without any valid reason.

Furthermore, I have also done selfie verification which was approved once and then disabled again which clearly shows the error of the automated system. 

My Instagram account name and required details are as follows. I hope you will take a positive decision and help me recover my account.

I can no longer reset my password or access the account via trusted methods.

To help clarify the situation, I have attached several screenshots that visually explain the issue in detail.

Please treat this as an urgent security matter. I am the legitimate owner of the account and respectfully ask that you assist me in regaining access to it.
