How do i resolve this error when trying to buy games or in game purchases

    This happens more than it should unfortunately.. A few solutions I've seen that works for some. Try to buy the game through the headset rather than the Horizon app on the phone. This has worked for some people. Check that it's not your financial providers security protection blocking it. This is a common problem. It happened to me and it was my fault as I had international payments blocked and I forgot😁 . Next, set up a Virtual card on your banking app and use that. It has also worked for some. After that, visit the help center and try to get someone to look at it for you.
