Restricted

Hi, I bought my son quest 3 for Xmas, however he play game and it’s very cool, however when trying to access worlds we have this message “

Your account is restricted at the moment

Due to several violations against our Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you can't access Worlds.“


I don’t get we definitely did not break any rules 

-any help please

    Sometimes using vpn can lead to this message. or maybe you are not in a supported country

    A few days ago a user had that message.

    He had to unlink his Facebook account from his Meta account to get rid of it - support told him to do that. 

    After that he was able to use worlds....... don't ask me about the logic behind this🤪

    Maybe there are some other things that you can do.
