'retrying authentication' error preventing access to game

When my son tries to log into UG on meta quest 2 he keeps getting the message 'retrying authentication'. He can't get past this. Any help appreciated?

Hi sineadblanchfield​ 🙂

Try if restarting your router, clearing the game cache - you'll find it under settings - general - storage - manage storage - can solve the problem.

Maybe also log out from the phone app and from the headset and then log back in.
