Question

Someone used my referral link and when I claimed the $60 they didn't give me anything

Previously other people used it and it did give me the money but this time it was not added to the Meta balance. I wanted to contact Meta support but it tells me that "I don't have an associated device" and when I put the number as standard it says that my device does not have access to the help service.
