I have 2 Meta Quest 3S and nothing but problems. One just stopped working at 6 months old and the other has stopped working today just over warranty and so have to buy a new one.
One day they work fine the next they don't, this is not down to how they are being used and as they are nearly £300 I think they should last longer that 6 months and a year !
Support is no help and I now have a son who has no headset because it won't turn on or charge, its like its dead, probably software issue but Meta take no responsibility.
Does anyone have any advice as I don't want to purchase another one as they don't seem to be worth it, but my kids love them !
