stuck in buissnes mode

We would like to express our gratitude for the troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the issue. We are regret to hear that it didn't work out. However, we would like to suggest that you consider performing a factory reset again and make sure setting it up as a personal device. We believe that this process removes the business-related settings and configurations, allowing you to use it as a regular personal headset.

Here's a breakdown of the factory reset process:

1. Turn off your headset.
2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
