Teen account from kid account

Hi, we’ve received emails stating our child needs to manage his own account, but they don’t offer any insight on how to switch things over. Every time I click the link they sent it’s a broken page. Now it’s the end of the warnings and my son “can’t use meta horizon”, because he’s not managing his own account. Does anyone know how to do this??

He must create a Meta account, using his own email address.

Actually this should be done through the link in the email, so the child account simply switch to a teen account and all games and game progress automatically switch with it.

I think, you should talk to support..... if he simply create a new account now, all games he owns are lost.
