Question

The Meta Quest Link app doesn't work, it says the data is incorrect

Живу в России, для использования Meta использую VPN. При заходе в Meta Quest Link на компьютере и введение почты и пароля пишет что неверные данные, хотя они верные.

А потом появляется окно которое есть на скриншоте и открывается страница https://auth.meta.com/language

Я уже попробовал следующие шаги:
- Проверил работу VPN.
- Очистил кэш и куки в браузере.
- Использовал другой браузер.
- Проверил дату и время на компьютере.
- Обновил приложение до последней версии.
Проблема все еще сохраняется. Приложил скриншоты для наглядности.
Буду благодарен за помощь в решении этой проблемы.

    Мне может кто-нибудь помочь с проблемой??? До сих пор не могу с нового компьютера использовать своё VR устройство rist s!!!

    Thanks for trying the previous troubleshooting advised. 

    Unfortunately at this time, Russia is not one of our supported countries for Meta Quest, and we would not advise using a VPN as it can cause issues.

     

    Keep an eye on our list of supported countries as the Metaverse is constantly broadening its horizons!

    Thanks for getting in touch, are you able to try making a purchase without the VPN? They are known to cause issues. If this doesn't work please let us know and we can try some other troubleshooting.

    Добрый день,

    Пробовал зайти в meta quest link и с vpn, и без. Не получается. В обоих случаях приложение не находит etoken. Пробовал отключить антивирус и добавил в исключения брендмауэра - не помогло.
