Question

Two factor authentication not receiving text.

Hi, I need help! I've been struggling for days to log into my meta account. The problem is that the two factor authentication is not sending me the confirmation code to my phone via sms. I've had to create this 2nd meta account to at least be able to communicate my issue.

    I am having this same problem and NO MetaQuestSupport says they can’t help me. I had to do a damned factory reset because the new updates screwed everything up in my headset. Couldn’t change up my avatar, games wouldn’t load. Multiple problems! Now iI can’t get in because of 2FA.

    Hey im having trouble with 2 step verification I never added to anything on my phone and it’s not letting me into my instagram and I tried the face verification if keeps saying something went wrong I tired everything and I just want my instagram account back so please help me out to get it back

    We see you are having some issues getting access to your Instagram account, while we would love to be able to help we are unable to access Instagram's systems here at Meta Quest Support. We would instead advise that you visit the Instagram Help Center, we hope you are able to get logged back in soon!

    Same, I have introduced VR GYM to my High School PHYS ED department. They are loving it thus far, but its only effective with our Meta Works Admin center account in tact. I have been having trouble with the SMS text portion of the TWO Factor Authentication, as I'm not receiving the SMS text (even when I need to reset up a one of our 13 headsets). I need help ASAP with this, as we have VR GYM Daily (and we want to buy even more headsets- so sad to find out Meta Work is discontinuing as NYC DOE finally gets a handle on VR in education).
