Udating problem

so i just bought mt quest 3 and when it was downloading the software update it would just go in a restarting loop i left it alone for an hour its still isnt fixed can anyone help me please ?

Maybe try a factory reset using your meta phone app or manually with power/volume buttons (google how to do this).  Good luck mate and best cheers.
