Unable to call one specific person on quest3

For about a week now, my friend and i have not been able to call or message each other. Whether it is a group call or just the two of us, when we press join call, it says "There was an error joining the call".  We have tried:

  • in following each other and refollowing
  • restarting headset
  • deleting and redownloading meta horizon app
  • hard rebooting headset
  • having other users call us individually (we are able to call other people just fine)
  • calling on the horizon app

    Maybe your friend doesn't want to talk to you anymore and won't admit it. 😂😂😂 Just kidding!!! Seriously though, I've seen this problem a couple of times in the forum. Maybe check through it, I'm pretty sure there's a solution to this. Good luck! 🤞🤞
