Update on being stuck on the meta logo then black screen

UPDATE since my post wasnt getting much attention. So after everything I have tried and other attempts on youtube didnt work I have decided to factory reset. Which did not work but instead caused a whole other issue.

When I press Boot on the boot menu or power off and power on I am always brought back to the meta boot menu no matter what. It takes just about 1-2 seconds and I am back on the boot menu. I tried factory reseting again and I am still brought back.

Is it just fully bricked? I haven't really done much but the performance on the Q2 is really lacking and odd since the worlds update and the new UI and whatnot has been released.
