URGENT: Request to Restore My Disabled Instagram Account @madangupta30 and Facebook Account

Dear Instagram Support and Review Team,

I am writing this email with a sincere request to review my case and help me recover my disabled Instagram account (@madangupta30) and my original Facebook account.

My two personal accounts have been disabled because my other Instagram account (@maddygupta11) allegedly violated Instagram's Community Guidelines.

I understand that there may have been a violation associated with @maddygupta11, and I respect your decision regarding that particular account. However, I genuinely request you to understand that my other two accounts are extremely important to me and deserve an independent review.

My Facebook account is also disabled.

When I try to access Facebook, I receive a message stating that my Facebook account was disabled because of the violation associated with my Instagram account @maddygupta11.

Facebook directs me to log in to that Instagram account and submit an appeal. However, Instagram does not allow me to request another review of @maddygupta11.

Because of this, I am unable to appeal through the process suggested by Facebook.

Why my accounts are so important to me:

My Facebook account has been with me since my school days. It contains years of memories, photographs, friendships, family connections and important personal information.

My Facebook account is connected to BGMI, 8 Ball Pool and several other applications. Losing access to Facebook may also affect my access to these applications and my gaming progress.

I use Facebook Marketplace for my reselling business, which is an important source of income for me. Losing this account has seriously affected my livelihood.

My Instagram account @madangupta30 is my main personal account and contains many precious memories and important connections.

All my accounts are registered using the same mobile number and email address, and I am the genuine owner of these accounts.

My humble request to Instagram and Meta:

Please independently review and reactivate my personal Instagram account @madangupta30.

Please help me recover my original Facebook account.

Please provide an alternative appeal process because I cannot request another review of @maddygupta11.

If necessary, you may keep @maddygupta11 disabled. I am not requesting its restoration.

I am fully prepared to provide my government-issued ID, selfie video, face verification or any other documents required to prove my identity and ownership.

I am not asking you to ignore your policies. I am only requesting a fair and independent review of my personal accounts.

Please understand that these accounts are not just social media profiles for me. They represent years of my life, my family, my friends, my memories and my source of income.

I sincerely request your team to give me one opportunity to recover my original Facebook account and Instagram account @madangupta30.

Please consider my situation and help me. I would be extremely grateful for your support and understanding.
