Video no longer records

My quest 3 has stopped recording. i have plenty of storage to record. I have tried recording by voice and manually. The icon comes up and it starts, but it does not create a video. There is nothing in gallery. Even when trying to do it manually, I see the timer start, but when I stop it and go to gallery, nothing is there...
