White screen after boot

The white screen with the headset linking code after a factory reset suggests the headset is in pairing mode and needs to be linked to the Oculus app on your phone. You'll need to use the Oculus app to complete the pairing process and set up your headset. If you're still seeing a white screen after following the pairing instructions, try force restarting the headset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. 

If the issue persists, check the proximity sensor on the headset to ensure it's not blocked or dirty. Also, make sure the headset is fully charged.
