Blocked about update RIFT Casque

Hello
I want to update my casque It's a RIFT but now I have blocked on the first screen.
it say to download app meta mobile and enter the code. But the casque isn't recognized. 
Restore factory parameters no good.
Impossible to retore with the good version.
Can you help me thanks
