Blurry Visuals on Oculus Quest 3 – Is This Normal?

Welcome to the Meta Quest family! We're so thrilled you decided on a Quest 3!

The Metaverse is an amazing experience with endless VR possibilities, lets get you set up! 
 

• To ensure your headset is adjusted for your needs, locate the lens spacing wheel on the bottom left of the headset.
• Gently move the wheel to adjust the distance between the lenses until the image is clear and comfortable. 

To achieve the best image clarity, lens spacing should line up with your IPD as much as possible. Meta Quest headsets best accommodate IPDs between 56 and 70 mm, or about 95% of adults.
