Can someone help me troubleshoot why my Meta Quest 2 headset won’t sync

Was your device pairing for you before or has this just started happening? 

We have attached some basic troubleshooting steps for you below:

• Make sure your device and app are fully up to date.
• Ensure the phones Bluetooth is turned on and the headset is turned on.
• Make sure your devices are both using the same WiFi network.
