cannot connect controllers after factory reset

I factory reset my headset when no controllers were connected, and now I can't connect my controllers because it wants me to pull out the tabs, but my controllers are unpaired so I am unable to connect them and get past the screen, I also have tried waiting 5-10 minutes and it did nothing

Here's a direct email link to a human support person at Meta. Hopefully they can help. The 5 to 10 minutes wait usually works. But I've seen people having to wait up to 30 minutes. Give it a try, and just in case here is the link. Good luck! 🤞

    As ​@Maccyb123 said, sometimes it takes longer than 10 min for the “pull paper” screen to disappear.

     

    I’m not sure, if the solution below works for everyone, but maybe it’s worth a try.

    Quest 2 stuck on controller pairing screen — neither controller will connect.
