Controller pair and Warranty issues

My controllers wouldn’t pair and I did a factory reset, now it’s telling me to remove the tags that were already removed? So I tried to use my warranty but it’s telling me to pair my vr to meta ( it removed itself for some reason ) and I can’t do that since the controllers won’t pair.

    You must wait a bit.... after some time(a few minutes) the "pull tags" screen will go away and it'll say "no controllers found".

    Now you can manually pair them with steps decribed in the link.

    If the controllers still won't pair and you want to claim your warranty, reach out to support by sending a PM MetaStoreHelp​ 

    Click on their name, then click the "message" button.
