CONTROLLER PROBLEMS WITH META QUEST 2

Why does nobody reply to my post's? my oculus quest 2 controllers keep acting up 

The controllers are awful it seems like someone is controlling this thing or someone has been using these controllers 

my character keeps floating around and going in the wrong direction and on the left controller the menu options keep cycling around different options like duplicate green,  lock red  this is very irritating and makes it difficult to finish the map I'm trying to make.

    Hey, Pokichu! It's great to see you as part of the community. I'm glad you're here! I recommend removing the batteries from the controller for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This will help reset the controller.     my right controller isnt waking up i took the batteries out and it still wont work
