Having trouble casting quest 2 to my meta app

I’m having trouble casting to my iPhone I have both of them connected to the same WiFi and when I try to pair it with the code it says I need to disconnect the other device. I already did so and sold my other device so how do I make it so I can connect my current meta quest 2 to my iPhone app so I can screen cast on my phone?

    Can you please confirm that your app and device are fully up to date? You can check this here. 

    It's also important to note that only primary accounts can cast to the mobile app.
