Issue with Adding Accounts and App Sharing on Meta Quest

Hello Meta Support, I am experiencing a series of issues regarding account management on my Quest device:

  1. Cannot Add Profile: When trying to add a new account, it shows "You are unable to be added to this device at this time."
  2. App Sharing Error: I cannot enable App Sharing, receiving the error "Something went wrong."
  3. Invite Error: Failed to send invite links with the error "There was a problem sending the invite."

I have checked my internet connection and both device and app are up to date.

    I have also restored the device to factory settings, but there is no effect and the above problem still persists.

          just wondering if you got this fixed, i'm having the same issue and I need to add another account for family.

            Are you trying to add a child account? I had some errors trying to add my daughter's profile to her new headset (using the phone app) after setting it up with my account. What worked was choosing the option to send an invite link by email. I sent it to my own email address. Then I opened up the email on my PC and opened the enclosed link in my web browser. I was able to add her profile from that web page.

              did you ever get this fixed. it has happened to me :(

              I have tried meta help and they just said they would be back in touch soon and never got back to me.
