Question

Left controller not working properly

Left controller not working tried doing all troubleshooting with I can, tried filling out a ticket to raise the problem but it’s not recognising any of the serial numbers from my products (Xbox version) so can’t get any help at all. Please help

You probably have to put in the serial number from the box.
