Question

Meta Quest 2 cannot connect to any Wi-Fi after software update and factory reset

So, I last used this VR headset two years ago, after which it sat uncharged for a long time. Recently, I decided to charge it up and use it again, but I couldn't connect it to Wi-Fi. When I tried to connect, I got a "limited connection" message, and there was no internet access at all. I decided to fully factory reset the headset and update the software through the website. Now I'm stuck in the Wi-Fi connection setup: I connect to the Wi-Fi, then a message appears saying "no Wi-Fi connection." If I press "try another network," the window goes away and I'm just left with the background. I connected the Quest 2 to my phone using a hotspot, but when I try to connect to the network through the app, I get an error. Please help — what should I do?

Can’t you connect through the headset settings instead of the app?
