Meta quest 3 left controller

Hey there,

We saw your post and wanted to lend a hand!

Having issues with a controller refusing to update isnt ideal, especially when your looking forward to enjoying your favorite games in the Metaverse hassle free. For this we have a few troubleshooting steps below we would like you to try:

1. Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect the controller's connection. For example, controller covers, controller attachments, etc.

2. Remove the batteries for 30 minutes. Try new batteries.

3.Check for Secured Network. Determine if the issue is occurring on an open/unrestricted network.

• See Accessing Meta Quest on Work Networks (Schools and Offices) for further information

4. Try another network, if available

5. Use RouteThis Helps to check for network issues that would affect the update. For example, poor connection, slow download speed, etc.
