Meta Quest 3s tracking completely lost

My headset randomly glitches out mid game and says finding position in room and usually it will outlast maybe 3 of these but this is the second time now that the whole headset has been basically soft locked and im stuck in the profile selection screen with no way out and nothing I can do. Last time it happened i just sat my headset down and It self resolved on its own. Now I cant seem to fix it even after all of the steps provided in other articles.
